The specific terms and conditions of the travel credit will be outlined in the travel credit note issued. Any further balance to be refunded will be net of bank/payment transaction/currency exchange charges.

Notification of any variation will be provided.

Where a force majeure event occurs, we do ask that guests work with us as much as possible to find alternative travel dates. But, as a direct guest, cash refunds for COVID-19 cancellations (for example) will always be considered. If a cash refund is issued it will be minus bank/payment transaction/currency exchange charges and admin fee of 10% of the booking value. Cash refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, but please note that they will be prioritized in order of date of travel and not by cancellation date. *An official doctor’s note (verified, stamped and signed) and proof of residency will need to be supplied in order to be able to claim these amended terms.
